Stijn asked a similar question this week for "Wandelen in Limburg", so
I could dig up the mail I used once pretty fast this time:

Ik werd zopas attent gemaakt op uw website. Als medewerker aan
OpenStreetMap vind ik het natuurlijk geweldig dat jullie als
achtergrond een kaart tonen gebaseerd op onze data. Jammer is wel dat
de noodzakelijke copyright ontbreekt. Op deze pagina [1] ziet u hoe u
ons kan belonen voor ons harde werk. Hopelijk kan u dit in een
volgende release van de website verbeteren.
