Seriously though, the name is for the name, so let's leave the data as-is.
But it might make sense to tweak rendering a bit so lines that form the
boundary between many things are rendered a bit more clearly. Maybe just
use a different font size according to admin_level. Though I can imagine
this too having been thoroughly discussed before.
