[OSM-talk-be] SotM program now commentable

Hi,

We've implemented commenting at the SotM program on every session. That
means you can already engage the speakers - or your audience - through the
website. We will be monitoring the comments all through the event, so if
you don't want to ask your questions in a full auditorium, you can do it
through this channel.

Later on, the video of the presentation will be added to the same pages.
Hopefully, that will make the SotM 2016 website that isn't used before the
event only.
