Glenn found already plenty of mistakes between name and addr:street, not
only caused by the FR - NL notation, but also small typos, e.g. missing "s"
in Dutch names.

As for your and André's suggestions, feel free to grab a copy of Nominatim
and alter it, so it recognises default languages on other admin levels. I'm
sure the devs and a lot of users will be thankful.
Remember that OSM is a do-ocracy, nothing gets done, unless you do it :-)
