[OSM-talk-be] Land-use mapping with OSM in Belgium

What about "meadows" that are used to keep horses ? Do we tag them as
described in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Riding? I tend add
"animal_keeping=horse" to them, as those places are only used to keep
horses.
Another question is related to many dykes in Flanders. Often they are
only covered by grass. But is this meadow ? Or just landcover=grass ?
In some cases the grass is maintained by sheep, in which case I
understand the landuse=meadow.
You will not notice any permanent barrier then, there will be a
removable electrical fence when there are sheep.

p.s. Oh, what was OSM easy before I started to look deeper into
landuse/landcover/natural tags :-)
