[OSM-talk-be] wallonia - picc - import - buildings

Hi Pierre,

We have been discussing this recently because of what's planned in Flanders
but we need to be sure about the license. We need someone to go after this
and get them to release this data using a license compatible with OSM... or
second best, have a letter confirming they are releasing the data to OSM
but in essence that's the same thing.

We haven't done this because it would be better to have someone from
Wallonia to pursue this so I'm not sure about the status or if someone is
still working on this.
