[OSM-talk-be] Wrong tagging of name bicycle_rental

Yes, this is clearly a mistake caused by careless bulk imports or someone blindly copying information directly from the Villo! website because the text strings match.

When we see names such as "Station n° 312 CENTRE CULTUREL / CULTUREEL CENTRUM - BD DU SOUVERAIN FACE 282 / VORSTLAAN VOOR 282" we should change that and move the information into the appropriate keys: name (name=), address (addr:*=) and reference number (ref=).

In recent weeks I have done some work and fixed most stations in the city centre already. It’s tricky because it is not only a tagging problem but quite often the nodes are not located correctly, so this requires proper surveying too. Doing the rest of the network is part of my personal to-do list, but if someone else is willing to contribute, any help is welcome.

Cheers.
Yves
