[OSM-talk-be] Digital Globe Images

Digital Globe has opened the access to their images for OSM, details
in http://blog.digitalglobe.com/news/digitalglobe-satellite-imagery-launch-for-openstreetmap/

I did a few tests (Hingene & Huy) but it seems that they do not
improve what we already have in Belgium. Maybe it is useful in other
areas, probably for HOT related tasks. The images are available in iD
and JOSM.
