[OSM-talk-be] Combination of a speed cushion and a rising bollard

Hello,

An innovative traffic calming device has been installed in central Brussels this week on rue du Midi/Zuidstraat: a rising bollard inserted inside a speed cushion [1].  This is a fairly unusual combination.

I feel this should be mapped as a single node [2] with barrier=bollard and traffic_calming=cushion.
According to the Overpass, this is the first such node in Belgium.  Since it is designed to block a pedestrian street I suppose routing apps will not care much but if I am misguided or if this is bad mapping practice please do not hesitate to correct this node.
