[OSM-talk-be] intersection looks very wrong -> use PICC with JOSM

Route du condroz from the intersection to right. I saw that there are
lot of turn arrow to go left???? there the highway is split in two
separated highway . You cannot turn left. Is this correct or should it
there be merged in one with 5 lanes....or are these old marks perhaps
separated with curbstones.?
