Hi Jakka,

I accidently stumbled upon them too.

A lot of them are in fact mapable, though I ignore things like 5-10 places.
Some of them make no sense, like this one:

As for payed/free roadside parking, that is interesting information I
think. I've never seen it tagged actually. Apparently you can do it with
the tag parking:lane, but it seems quite unpopular to do this as
parking:lane=yes in cases where you don't have all the details. I wonder if
it makes sense to map parking:condition:both=free if you don't have all the
details. If we think it doesn't, then I guess we could just close most of
the notes on that subject.
