[OSM-talk-be] How to avoid that names are on all buildings

Hi,

Every building with a different house number is a office and named 
"Clintonpark". Is this not to much same names on map.
I tried to put it in relations but validator do not liked it, building, 
parking there are sharing same highways.
Is there a need solution.
