[OSM-talk-be] streetname changes (and a community to-do list)

Hi Frank,
Yes, that is the last sub-task on the Github issue (thanks to Escada for
thinking about that). I think once all the streets are mapped, someone
better at querying could probably write something that takes highways with
a proposed:name tag and selects everything nearby that has an addr:street
tag identical to the current name tag of those highways.
Then there's also the (probably few) streetname relations to think about.
