[OSM-talk-be] Import DAE for Belgium

Hello Remo,

First of all, before adding anything in OpenStreetMap, you have to make
sure those data are open.
Considering you had to ask to receive these data, I guess it's not
licensed under an open-data license ! So you can unfortunately not use
this dataset to improve OpenStreetMap (unless they specifically said you
can of course).

I don't know any "easy import tool" and the community does not agree
completely on how or when do imports...

But to compare your dataset with OpenStreetMap dataset, I started to
build a comparison tool a few month ago ; unfortunately, I didn't had
time recently to continue to work on it but the basics should work. You
can find it here : https://github.com/jbelien/osm-compare
The tool compares a GeoJSON file to a Overpass query.

Feel free to contact us if you have any additional question about this
tool or the open-data issue !

I wish you a pleasant day.
