Source Free Software Conference in Albania dedicated to empowering 
Software Freedom, Open Knowledge, Free Culture and Decentralization.

We would like to invite anyone who is interested to submit proposals.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS <https://oscal.openlabs.cc/call-for-proposals/>: 
deadline is extended to 1 April and we would love to have as much OSM 
presence as possible.
