moped_p is pretty new. So yes, it's not in the "defaults" relation yet.

Realisticallly, I don't think anyone actually uses these defaults relations. But I'm the one who created them for Belgium, so I can add moped_p.

I dislike capital letters in keys*, so I always use moped_a, not moped_A.

More interesting queries are:
ABP: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/BTF
abp: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/BTG
Those queries match all keys that contain moped_[abpABP], like oneway:moped_a, and not only moped_a.
And they work on Belgium, not on the currently visible region.

It would be easy to retag everything to either capital or no capital with Level0, if that would be desirable. Biggest issue would probably be reaching a consensus.

* Except when it's a name, like ref:De_Lijn=123456
