[OSM-talk-be] ordering channels in the Community Index

I completely agree with your suggested order !
But I would merge Riot and IRC in one single "channel".
Those are the same channel, IRC is just a bridge to our Matrix/Riot channel.
As I suggested a while back (I even forgot I made that suggestion), I would use the extended description of the Matrix/Riot "channel" to state that people can connect to that channel through IRC (see https://github.com/osmlab/osm-community-index/pull/142#issuecomment-387755419)
