Not being doesn't mean it is badly tagged, it just mean that the map on the
website (which is only one map out of many) doesn't show this kind of
details. OpenStreetMap is still a database first, and not a map. Try to not
"map for the renderer" but rather stay with correct tagging. And if you
want to show some data that are not rendered, you can always use custom
maps like umap.
Or one way to see it on maps and still be correct for tagging is : if this
is an historic "ice cellar" you can always put historic=yes (or ruins)
and/or tourism=attraction if relevant and interesting for tourism. The tag
"historic=*" allow it to be visible on the http://gk.historic.place/ map
(only historical elements) and tourism=attraction shows up on the osm map
itself).
