[OSM-talk-be] bridge or tunnel?

Well...
My feeling is there is no tunnel there. Even when the under-passage is quite long in regard with the width.
Could the railway bridge (at the 2nd link) be considered a viaduct ?

It's a road that was dug under a slightly raised train track, but it looks like a bridge. Or is it bridge for the road, tunnel under the train, bridge again :) ?
