[OSM-talk-be] Bus route operator OTW vs. TEC

I also think we should continue using TEC. As far as OSM is concerned, OTW
is not relevant. We can document that organsational change on Wikidata or
Wikipedia.



The refs on the stops, I hope they convert them at some point. The way it
is now (still) is that each division assigns their own refs to the stops,
so if a bus crosses province boundaries, the stops get multiple refs.

On the Tecinfo website route planner they grab stops on both sides of the
road together and use the name of the stop as an identifier, with the
village name capitalised. Anyway, I hope they harmonise that at some point
in the future. As far as I'm concerned De Lijn does it in a more logical
way, so if they want an example, they wouldn't have to look very far...
