[OSM-talk-be] osm - street lighting along E411 and E25 motorways

In 2019, contributor ika-chan!
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/ika-chan!> has tagged a lot of street
lamps along motorways E411 and E25.

All these street lamps have recently been changed. I asked the contributor
to update the tags. But he is *no more in the country now*.

Are the lamp_model and lamp_type tags necessary? Is anybody able to update
the tags? Is anyone prepared to climb the motorway poles to record the
brand name of the lighting?

Otherwise I suggest to simply delete them.
