[OSM-talk-be] [mechanical édit] change depreciated tag wood=* by leaf_cycle=*/leaf_type=* in Belgium

Hello,

as previously discussed on Element/irc, here is the announcement of a 
mechanical édit (=edit without human review of individual objets) in 
Belgium to replace the deprecated wood=* tag
the doc of the tag https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key%3Awood
there are 314 objects and 3 values of which here are the conversions:

wood=coniferous -> leaf_type=needleleaved
wood=deciduous -> leaf_cycle=deciduous
wood=mixed -> leaf_type=mixed

for objects that already have the new tag, the old one is simply deleted
in case of conflict (old and new tag giving different information), the 
object is not modified by the mechanical edit (it could be treated by hand)

the operation will be done with the usual changeset tag for this kind
of operation and the wiki page as always
