[Talk-bo] Coberturas Landsat8 de Bolivia / was Bolivian Floods

La cobertura de las imágenes es prácticamente todo el país!

El propósito de estas es alimentar la capa base antes de las inundaciones,
sobre la cual proyectar los polígonos de inundación con las imágenes más
recientes que se obtengan.

Nos ayudarán a trazar vías, ríos, cuerpos de agua, bosques, áreas
residenciales y rurales.

Existen tres Areas de Interés (AOI) requeridas no cubiertas por Bing en la
cuales puede ser usada Landsat8:

The purpose of these is to feed the base layer before the floods, on which
project the flood polygons with the latest images to be obtained.

It will help to trace routes, rivers, water bodies, forests, residential
and rural areas.

Three required Areas of Interest (AOI) are not covered by Bing in which can
be used Landsat8:

les inondations, qui se projettent sur les polygones d'inondation avec
les dernières images à obtenir.

Il vous aidera à tracer des routes, rivières, plans d'eau, des forêts, des
