[Talk-br] Mudança de Licença do OpenStreetMap - IMPORTANTE

Estou desenvolvendo um serviço similar ao Wikimapia, preciso recuperar o
local (no caso cidade) de determinado ponto selecionado do mapa, pelo jeito
não vou poder utilizar a api de geocode de qualquer forma.

Mas a latitude/longitude dos pontos selecionados seriam de propriedade do
Teleatlas ou agora seriam do OSM ?
