[Talk-ca] Sardis (is_in Chilliwack, is_in British Columbia) Completed

Last summer I went around on all the streets in Sardis on my bike,
collecting tracks. This summer went around with camera collecting street
names. I can now say that I have completed the entirety of Sardis. Not
included are gated communities, or trailer parks (private property). You can
see the completion area in red in this image:

map is up to date as of today, including newly constructed roads that don't
