[Talk-ca] OpenPisteMap, now in Canada

Hi All,

OpenPisteMap uses OSM and a custom renderer to display ski resorts
including lifts and runs.  OPM also renders elevation contour lines for
selected ski resort areas, including some in Canada.  

So take a look at the tagging options below, and take your GPS when you
go skiing / snowboarding this winter.
