I used FME to prepare Geobase import. I created an osm political boundaries
with Geobase data using proposed tags I listed on the wiki. I could have
uploaded the result. However, I have been waiting for comments ...When we'll
agree on import methods and the mapping of geobase attributes as osm tags I
could work with fme to prepare some imports.

The idea of putting the proposed osm tags for Geobase data on the wiki is to
agree on a final list of tags. I am glad to receive the first comment. I
think your right, by definition snowshed is a tunnel. I would like to see
other contributions on OSM Map Features.
