The actual recommendation to NRN provider is to show intersecting dual
carriageways as not intersecting at a single point. Each dual carriage
ways should continue straight as it was done with the other dual
carriage ways intersecting just south of your example. This is just a
recommendation and users may find other intersections as the one in your
example but most of them should not intersect at a single point.

I also just noticed that GeoBase way
UUID:c9b53911fe664beca5fb371bd80b495f is labelled as Bison Way,
although it is actually part of Bethel Way.
GeoBase has quantity data, and with some help from the OSM community,
we can make it quality data as well.
