[Talk-ca] Dropping in CanVec data - Nanaimo Area

Cool, there's now some trails on Gabriola Island, that i dropped in
yesterday. :)

Most of the CanVec data is now in there (accept the rest of the 'named
features', since there are a number of duplicates, and some manual work in
deciding what to add.

I'm still working on the GoogleDoc's status chart, as i think it will help
progress (more so than the wiki can)
