I just used your tile BBOX so then the link is in the chart.

We always use http://geogratis.gc.ca/geogratis/en/product/search.do?id=28954
But since it's hard to get the BBOX your method is awesome :)
What do you think of the googleDoc chart?
I tried it for that tile you listed in there.
