[Talk-ca] Canada Import Status Chart

Hi Richard & Talk-ca list,

I've now listed all of the GeoBaseNRN roads import progress on the "Canada
Data Import Progress" chart.

I've now edited the wiki to include a statement about the status.  Feel free
to edit to make it more clear.  (to explain WHY it's on a google chart
rather than the wiki)

BTW, as you can see when looking at the chart, that there is ALOT of
inconsistancies in the conversion process.  The most notable one is the lack
of  "roadmatcher excluded.osm files", as well as some source links that are
missing.
This information is important to have available, so then when your working
in detail on your area, you can use these .osm files as a reference.  ie.
for later on, when we decide how to deal with the house numbers.   (which we
havent decided yet).
Also, you'll see that the 'version' and the 'edition' number is missing,
this is why including the date of import is important.  So as new versions
become available, we will know what the latest status is of the import.

BTW, over the next few days i should have the canvec status updated and the
geobaseNHN status updated too :)
