[Talk-ca] Garmin Map contours

Hi Sam and all,
The stuff I was doing for the Crowsnest map was using the perl version of srtm2osm and I build two garmin files (one with contours and the other without). I've attached the makefile which does it...

I don't know if it is possible to make a transparent contour layer.
