[Talk-ca] Meetup group

Hi all,
Im just about to get 'OSM Canada' as a meetup group, i'll pay for a
year of service.
Do you want to be an admin?

OSM Vancouver Island Meetup group has had too few meetups to warrent
its own group again for a year. Ideally 1 meetup /week needs to happen
to warrant a separate group.
