[Talk-ca] Fwd: [OSM-talk] Merging changed osm nodes in JOSM

Hi,
has anyone tried the obvious? I mean taking a section of NRN (with all
its tags) & purposly uploading where osm roads exist?
Perhaps josm is smart enough to see that they are representing the same road?
-and use the option to merge it :-)

To the best of my knowledge, the JOSM merge dialog does exactly that. It
shows you both versions and allows you to pick'n'mix.
