Wow.  That's amazing.  I remember reading that the option was being
investigated, and was hopeful, but cautious.  I work for a provincial
government, and know what kind of barriers exist to doing new things.
Especially for things where you can't have contractual agreements,
guarantees and suchlike.

It will have already taken significant perserverance to get it this far,
if your organization is anything like what I'm familiar wtih.  I think
it's a great vote of confidence in this project and its members for you
to have put in the effort to get this proposal as far as you've
indicated it has come.

Assuming that the collaboration comes to pass, I'm sure there's going to
be a lot of work (technical and otherwise) to be done to make it work,
but I'm excited to see how it could work.
