Yes, i will send you a link to the rules.txt files & the .bat files
for the 2 programs.
(just away from wifi right now)

what i have yet to figure out is how to view the OSM files which are
greater than 2 megs with JOSM.
Anyone know?

 I'll make a sample of the Sherbrooke NHN area -as that might help.
