What would you put for a way that describes a border? Would you tag it
as a national border, and then use relations for the counties and
such, or would you just put attribution, uuid and source tags, and
then tag relations as below.
> Include the way in Canada relation - boundary=admin, admin_level=2
> Include the way in USA relation - boundary=admin, admin_level=2
> Include the way in state/prov/muni/county relations as appropriate.
Can we create relations in sections? I'm thinking of a situation where
I would create a relation for the international border between the US
and Canada, as well as the provincial/state border between Alberta and
Montana. Would those relations render just like the ways currently?
