Just like with the Ontario Trails Dataset, there are lots of fields... only
a few of them are appropriate for OSM.

If you can forward an email message (to the talk-ca list) from someone from
the city where they indicate that you can use it for OSM, that would be the
best. (assuming that they fully understand what OSM is).
It also needs to be added onto the 'potential Datasources wiki page.

P.S. In the canvec set there are a few trails available (but probably not as
much as your source has),
