Thanks, no I haven't seen that one before. Someone else in Australia
made a similar page. Although i forget where.
Anyway,
Here's a good example of the sample area here on the island.

It shows how the all the CanVec data is copied over, as well as the
GeoBase NHN data (rivers / flow direction (available in BC but not in
Quebec) / water features) and the GeoBase Roads were copied over.
All manually from the files that are (they all will be) available.
You can also see a few of the Parks from the National Protected areas
file when zooming out.
You can check out the source tags on that to for it all. I'm happy to
answer any questions you all have :-)
