[Talk-ca] New user adding data, not sure what to do

Ah, ok
(i dont have internet where i am right now) but i'll send a message
tomorow, hopefully he responds.
1 idea is that it could be canvec roads, as we know they dont connect.
Another ideas is it could be in JOSM as its easy to select a bunch of
stuff and paste which gets off-set if not done correctly.
