[Talk-ca] Setting up RoadMatcher and creating shapefiles

fortunatly, its just a matter of time, now that we have 5 or so people
who know how. :)

were all volunteers, i guess i need to be more patient :), but i still
want it done yesterday :)

anyway, what tile area are you in?
