[Talk-ca] Much fun storage error

I can't answer your question about the storage, but for everyone
involved in the data import process I'll be hosting my import data on
http://melamen.neskonlithband.com/~neskie/gis
I'll be working on the 082L tile. I imported 082l13 because there
wasn't much overlap I basically had to delete the Trans Canada Hwy on
the GeoBase and then connect all those nodes.
For most of 082L the process can be to skip RoadMatcher, because there
is not much overlap except as you move south in to Vernon.
