[Talk-ca] NTS Import progress chart enhancements

hi all,


i have updated the wiki chart with 2 new columns.


roads (geobaseNRN/canvec) status



rivers (geobaseNHN/Canvec) status


the reason why, is because there has been lots of progress nation wide
on these 2 datasets, and people need to know what has been imported
where, and when and who.


this chart is not a definative list, but it is the most uptodate available.
