Posted here because I know of no other way to contact people mapping in Ottawa.

Because of the new automated stop announcements system OC has had to
revisit every bus stop with GPs equipment to revise the location.
This new much more accurate bus stop information will be available in
the GTFS feed in a few weeks.  They will also be adding in the GTFS
stop_code or 560 four digit number posted on the bus_stop.

They are reputed to be working on the licensing and have concerns
about the accuracy of some of the apps that are currently using the
GTFS data.

Translation please don't add any bus stops from the GTFS file for the
moment.  I think we can expect other cities to recalibrate their bus
stops in the same way for the same reason.  I'm hopeful given the
licensing given to Google to use the GTFS data that a suitable license
can be found for us to use the data as well.
