[Talk-ca] Adressing

Hi Sam,

I've just seen you wiki note  (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/CanVec) for JOSM, about addressing  ...

"In JOSM load the CANVEC osm file  [...]  addr:housenumber=0"

Why is that?  Something that should have been modified before creating the product?  Please explain the expected result so I can change the process for the next release.
