[Talk-ca] [Tagging] 0-0 address lines

I have been wondering about them for a while, too. In fact, when tidying up links I often remove the annoying little 0-0 address ranges because they add nothing to the dataset.

Two comments on this:
Why would the ends of surveyed house numbers be the same as the ends
of the imported ways?
Why are these next to ways that don't have and never will have
addresses, such as motorways and links?
