[Talk-ca] Imported Canvec buildings with multiple nodes

Hi,

Looking at this map [1], all the buildings that were recently uploaded
seem to have multiple nodes on the same spot.

Once again, I can only report this, I don't know the tool or how to
(efficiently) fix it :)
