[Talk-ca] Priority on OSM/CanVec

You might want to email Daniel directly :)

It looks like the process is going very well.  And seems to be going in a
full NTS tile area at a time. You can tell from the 'Last Modified date' in
the directory ftp://ftp2.cits.rncan.gc.ca/osm/pub/

Its important to be making sure that the data that is converted is correct.
So converting without actually being their watching the process ie. if
server times out as many are trying to download it at once :-)  So  we dont
want to have fragmented files made available :)
Or at least thats what i'm noticing when making these Garmin Maps.

And there was also a hint/request from Adam for the rest of 092G and 092H
(for the lower mainland Vancouver area)
