[Talk-ca] JOSM Difference?

Hooo!

Actually it's a very simple process - we look only at geometries that are way apart (25 meters) from each other. We then only get significant geometric differences. We might eventually use a smaller value.

So, No tag changes will be detected on short term. If we are able to detect/use a lot of improvements made by the community, we might developped a more accurate process that will enable tag changes detection.

Regards,

Daniel

Hey Daniel,

I am curious, how would we handle changes to existing roads? Ie I imagine once the address data is added to Manitoba, that will also mean that the street names will be added. Or would this be somewhat of a manual process?

Thanks,
Tyler
