[Talk-ca] email trouble here?

We noticed a lot of emails sent out of NRCan are being held by major ISPs (Rogers, Videotron). Not sure what is happening. This could be a problem on the whole Internet...

Hi All,

I'm seeing lots of held-messages from regulars on this list.  Are we just using the wrong email to send, or should I look for a problem on the list settings?  Let me know offlist if you think there is a real problem.
